Purchasing an e-subscription gives you total access to our stories online. We provide you with a username and password which you then use to read entire stories.

The username and password also give you access to the PDF version of our print edition. This means that you can print out the newspaper, and read it cover to cover before it hits the streets of Kingstown.

END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

You must accept the End User Licence Agreement ('EULA' or the 'Agreement') before using the PDF version of Searchlight newspaper. By downloading or opening Searchlight Newspaper, you (the 'Licensee' or 'Licence Holder') agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the End User Licence Agreement. Interactive Media Ltd. agree to grant a nonexclusive Licence to read Searchlight Newspaper on payment of the subscription fee. This Licence describes all allowed uses of the PDF version of Searchlight newspaper: any use or action not explicitly stated is prohibited, and all other rights are reserved. If you do not accept the terms of the End User Licence Agreement, do not download or open the PDF version of the newspaper.
The Single User Licence entitles you (the 'Licensee') to download and/or open and use the PDF version of Searchlight Newspaper. You may store or make one backup copy, provided that the backup copy is used only for archival purposes. You may also print out one copy of the electronic version on paper for your own use. The electronic version may not be installed on a server or network.
Licence holders are responsible for ensuring that additional copies, either electronic or on paper are not made, either by downloading, copying or printing. You may not give, sell or make available, Searchlight Newspaper to anyone, or facilitate or provide facilities for this. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You may not mount, upload or distribute any part of Searchlight Newspaper or your username and password on an open network, including without restriction the Internet and the World Wide Web.
The newspaper in all its versions is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution, in whatever form or medium, is strictly prohibited. No part of the Searchlight Newspaper may be reproduced, translated, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, printing, photocopying, recording or otherwise, except as stipulated in the End User Licence Agreement or with the prior written permission of Interactive Media Limited.
This Licence applies to Searchlight newspaper and to all of its parts, both individually and as a whole. If any part of this Licence is invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Licence shall not be affected.
You may not remove or alter the Publisher's name, copyright notice or disclaimers from Searchlight Newspaper or the Licence.
The contents of Searchlight Newspaper are the intellectual property of Interactive Media Limited, and the End User Licence Agreement entitles you to use the content of Searchlight newspaper only for your own reading. The inclusion of Searchlight newspaper contents in any English or foreign language newspaper, publication or software is strictly prohibited.
